what to expect
A structured, 45-minute virtual session focused on mobility, deep stretching, and stress release. We start with simple breathwork to get your body out of “stress mode” and into a more relaxed state.
Then we move through slow, intentional stretches and mobility work targeting the areas that typically hold tension.
The rest of the session focuses on controlled movement, easy transitions, and holding stretches long enough for your body actually to release. We close with a short grounding moment to help your nervous system settle before you return to your day.

I’m a certified yoga instructor with five years of experience. I created the still Body Method to honor both mind and body, because I believe neither should be neglected. My practice blends Hatha, Yin, and gentle Vinyasa. creating a space for movement and mindful awareness. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, focusing on the areas your body and mind need most.
